A plan for your event

Cameras. Cues.
A clear output.

I’ll work with your event team to agree camera positions, audio feeds, presentations and the programme output. Any additional crew and equipment are scoped with you.

Live production / My approach

There is a lot behind a seamless live event.

The camera plan is only part of it. Audio, presentations, venue connectivity, rehearsal and recording all need to work together. I help you establish the production requirements early and agree who is responsible for each part.

01

Town halls & internal events

Bring speakers, presentations and the room together for remote colleagues. Plan the output, viewing platform and recording around your communications.

02

Conferences & hybrid events

Multi-camera coverage, live vision mixing and presentation capture. Tell me about your venue, running order and remote audience.

03

An AV production partner

Camera and live-production support for event agencies, AV teams and venues. I fit the camera package and outputs into your wider production. Whether you need Blackmagic Studio cameras or Sony Z200 cameras, I can discuss a rig that suits the brief.

Working with me

From the running order to the final recording.

01

Tell me about the event

Share the date, venue, audience size, running order and where people will watch.

02

Make the production plan

Scope cameras, audio feeds, graphics, connectivity, rehearsal time and recording.

03

Build, test & go live

An agreed setup and testing window gives the production a solid foundation before the audience arrives.

04

Keep the content working

Agree whether you need an event recording, individual camera recordings or a subsequent edit.

A few practical details

Before we begin.

Can you stream from our venue?

I’ll discuss the venue’s network and access arrangements first. Wired connectivity, mobile bonding or satellite options can be assessed as part of the production plan; coverage is never assumed.

How many cameras can you provide?

The existing Blackmagic live-production setup supports up to eight studio cameras. I’ll recommend and quote for the number your event actually needs, subject to availability.

Can you work alongside our AV supplier?

Yes. Let me know who is providing sound, screens, lighting and the venue connection so that responsibilities and signal handovers can be agreed. If it's just a couple of cameras on sticks to patch into your existing infrastructure, that's no problem.

Can the event also be recorded?

Recording is always within scope. Tell me whether you need the live programme, separate camera recordings or edited highlights, and whether you need them in HD or 4K. I’ll agree the deliverables with you.

Let’s make it happen

Planning something live?

Tell me the date, venue and who needs to see it. I’ll help you scope the production.
